Overview of General Terms and Conditions

These general terms describe the guidelines for trading with LISANDDRA ECOM LTD via the website deutschegesundheit.com. Our products and services are intended exclusively for private consumers for non-commercial purposes.

  • Contractual Relationship: By completing a purchase, you declare that the purchase is for private use. Your contracting party is Deutschegesundheit. A legally binding agreement is formed when you press the purchase button and subsequently receive an order confirmation.

  • Prices and Delivery: Prices shown at the time of purchase are final, including VAT but excluding potential customs duties. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, or up to 6 business days during peak periods.

In this agreement, “we,” “us,” and “deutschegesundheit.com” refer to deutschegesundheit.com and its owner, LISANDDRA ECOM LTD.

2. GENERAL

  • 2.1 By placing an order, you declare that you are acting exclusively as a private individual and not as a business.

  • 2.4 You must be at least 18 years old and have a permanent residence in Germany to make a purchase.

  • 2.5 We currently deliver to Germany only but reserve the right to expand to other markets.

3. ORDERING AND AGREEMENT

  • 3.1 A legally binding order is submitted when you click “Confirm order.” The agreement takes effect when we send an order confirmation via email.

  • 3.2 We reserve the right to reject orders placed using scripts, bots, or automated tools.

4. PRICES AND SHIPPING

  • 4.1 All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Customs and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • 4.3 Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, this may take up to 6 business days.

5. PAYMENT

  • 5.1 Accepted payment methods include credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, invoice, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

  • 5.2 For invoice purchases, the payment deadline is 30 days. Late payments may incur a reminder fee of €5.00.

6. DELIVERY

  • 6.1 99% of all orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. If we cannot ship your order within 3 business days, we will contact you and provide the option to cancel the order for a full refund.

  • 6.4 Deutschegesundheit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

7. DISCOUNT CODES

  • 7.1 Discount codes are intended for single use during specific campaign periods and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • 7.5 If a partial return causes the remaining order value to fall below a minimum purchase requirement, we reserve the right to charge the original price for the items retained by the customer.

8. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT

Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

9. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — 14 DAYS

  • 9.1 You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • 9.7 You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

10. VOLUNTARY 60-DAY RETURN POLICY

  • 10.1 We offer a voluntary return period of 60 days from the date of delivery.

  • 10.4 Returns under this policy are accepted only when the item is completely unopened and unused, and all hygiene seals remain intact.

11. WARRANTY — 2-YEAR STATUTORY WARRANTY

  • 11.1 You have a 2-year statutory warranty covering defects that were present at the time of delivery.

  • 11.2 Defects must be reported within a reasonable period. Reporting a defect within 2 months of discovering it is considered timely.

12. REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of approving the return.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to the content, images, logos, and other materials published on deutschegesundheit.com belong to Deutschegesundheit or LISANDDRA ECOM LTD, unless otherwise stated.
